The FSU Fishing Club was founded in 2003 by a group of Florida State students with a mutual interest in recreational fishing. We became a registered club organization with Florida State University in the fall of that year. The club now consists of about 70 members who share a passion for the sport and a respect for the environment. Each semester, we hold a saltwater tournament with the help of many local businesses. We also plan different trips, from camping at Indian Pass to chartering out of Panama City.

Requirements

There are no requirements to joining the FSU Fishing Club. We welcome all alumni and collegiate students in the Tallahassee area, and ask that you come with a good attitude and open mind.

Meetings

The FSU Fishing Club meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 8 pm at AJ Sportsbar. Please check our "NEWS & EVENTS" page for an updated schedule.

Dues

Membership dues are $35.00 each semester, which includes a club t-shirt and discounted pricing in our tournaments.  Coozies & t-shirts are available for purchase.
